Are there per-puppy or marketplace fees?

No. We don't take a cut of placement fees, deposits, or stud services. Pro is a flat monthly subscription. Free stays free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your data exports cleanly (kennel, dogs, litters, applications, contracts) so you keep your records. Pro downgrades to Free; the public profile stays live.

What's the difference between the hosted site and the custom build?

Both are $10 a month to host, on top of Pro. All in, $35 a month. The hosted site is generated from your CohortKit records, no setup fee, nothing to design. The custom build is a one-time service from $499, designed and built around your program on your own domain, still syncing live from CohortKit so puppy availability never goes stale.

I already have a website. What are you offering me?

Connect it. Add a title, a dog, or a health result in CohortKit and it appears on your site the same day. Works with Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and plain HTML. $10 a month to host the connection, free to set up yourself, $149 if you'd rather we did it. Same $35 a month all in with Pro.

Who owns the data?

You do. Everything you enter, dogs, litters, applications, contracts, health records, is yours. If you leave, you keep your domain, logo, photos, written content, and exportable data.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Free is free, no card on file. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade to Pro.

How does the custom-site sync work?

Your custom site uses a per-kennel API key to read your CohortKit data live. Update a puppy from Available to Reserved in CohortKit and the site reflects it within seconds, no manual edits, no stale info.
